Essential Flush — Teak Veneer uses the HWL-ID-001 Essential Flush geometry: a flat internal door face with no decorative routing or recessed panels. The technical reference leaf is 1981 H × 762 W × 44 T mm.
This Teak veneer is an appearance finish applied to the same flush geometry as the other Essential Flush veneer options. Veneer species, cut, matching, coating and lipping remain subject to supplier sample approval before production.
Your selected product, finished width, finished height and quantity remain attached to the order line.
Where an ordered size differs from the reference leaf, the design requires a newly dimensioned technical sheet before machining.

Is this a fire door?
No. This product is part of the internal non-fire-rated (NFR) door range. It must not be used where a certified fire-resisting doorset is required.
What size are the technical details based on?
The current technical schedule uses a 1981 mm high × 762 mm wide × 44 mm thick finished leaf as its reference geometry.
Can I order a different width or height?
You can enter the required finished leaf size on this page. Where it differs from the technical reference leaf, the design needs a newly dimensioned technical sheet before manufacture; feature positions are not automatically scaled.
Does this design have decorative routing?
No. HWL-ID-001 is a flush-face design with 0 mm decorative routing.
Are hinge, lock and hardware positions included?
Not in the current face-design schedule. Rear-face pattern, handing, lock block, hinge positions and hardware drilling are confirmed separately before machining.
Are the product images dimensionally exact?
No. The current images are appearance previews. Final millimetre geometry and cut depth are controlled by the technical schedule and production review.
Will the veneer exactly match the image?
Natural veneer varies. The current image is an appearance benchmark; species, cut, matching, coating and lipping require supplier sample approval.
