What happens after I make an enquiry?
We usually begin with a conversation about your space, what you are hoping to achieve and any plans, measurements or inspiration you already have. From there, we can talk through ideas, practical options and the next steps for a bespoke kitchen, fitted bedroom or storage project.
Do you visit the property before designing?
Yes. Once the project moves forward, we arrange a site visit to properly assess the room, take measurements and understand the finer details of the space before manufacture begins.
Can you help with layouts and storage ideas?
Absolutely. A large part of the process is making the best use of the available space. We can suggest layouts, storage solutions and practical details that improve how the room works day to day.
Are your kitchens and bedrooms made in-house?
Yes. Our kitchens, bedrooms and storage are manufactured from our own London workshop, giving us greater control over quality, finish and accuracy throughout the process.
How long does the process usually take?
Timescales vary depending on the size and complexity of the project, but we always aim to keep the process organised, realistic and clearly communicated from the beginning.
Do you handle the installation too?
Yes. We manage the installation as part of the overall process so the finished kitchen, bedroom or storage feels properly fitted, well aligned and carefully completed.
Will installation cause a lot of disruption?
We always try to keep disruption to a minimum by planning the fitting carefully, working efficiently and treating your home with respect throughout the installation.
What happens after the project is complete?
We continue to offer support after completion if you need advice, adjustments or help with any part of the fitted furniture. Long-term aftercare is an important part of our approach.
Will I receive a clear quote before committing?
Yes. Once we understand the scope of the project, we provide a clear quotation outlining the work involved so you can properly understand the investment before moving forward.
Can changes still be made during the design stage?
Absolutely. The design stage is there to refine the project carefully. Layouts, finishes, storage ideas and smaller details can all be adjusted before manufacture begins.
How involved will I be throughout the process?
As involved as you would like to be. Some clients prefer regular collaboration and design input, while others are happy for us to guide the practical decisions based on experience and the agreed brief.
Do you coordinate other trades if needed?
Yes. Where projects involve electrical work, plumbing, decorating or other specialist trades, we help coordinate the process so everything runs in the right order and feels properly organised.
What happens if unexpected issues are found during installation?
Occasionally older properties or hidden structural details can create unexpected challenges. If this happens, we explain the situation clearly, discuss the available options and work towards the best practical solution before proceeding.
